Sierra Madre is connected to the LA Metro Rail and regional rail network through Sierra Madre Villa Station in Pasadena. Line 268 connects Sierra Madre to Sierra Madre Villa Station at regular intervals, seven days a week. Transfers to Pasadena Transit and Foothill Transit are also available.
