Banner Permits

Banners over Baldwin

Non-profit organization can apply to display a banner across Baldwin Avenue at Sierra Madre Boulevard. Banners shall be limited to advertising community events of a non-profit nature, sponsored by non-profit (as stated by the City’s non-profit guidelines), or similar community organizations. A maximum of four banners permits may be approved for any single organization per calendar year. When requested dates conflict, priority will be given to City activities.

Downtown District Street Light Pole Banners

Non-profit organizations can apply to display light pole banners along on Sierra Madre Boulevard between Lima Street and Baldwin and Baldwin between Suffolk and Montecito Avenue at a month at a time, once each year.
