    SMTV3 Sierra Madre's Community Cable Channel

    SMTV3 is the community's local government access channel programmed and operated by the City of Sierra Madre. SMTV3 is managed by the Community Services Department and is currently available to Time Warner cable subscribers on Channel 3.
