Cultural Arts Master Plan
The City of Sierra Madre Community Arts Commission strives to promote the community's interest in, awareness of, and appreciation for the arts; to provide support and encouragement to artists living in the community; and to increase the community's participation in the arts. In order to best do this, the Commission created its first ever Cultural Arts Master Plan where they obtained community input, assessed strategies for cultural art development and recommended programs and measures to fill needs not being met. The results of this process can be found in the 2007 Cultural Arts Master Plan listed below.
