Sierra Madre's Community Cable Channel

The City of Sierra Madre now has LIVE Meeting Coverage!!! Live internet streaming is available at http://sierramadre.kgem.tv on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm for Sierra Madre City Council Meetings. Sierra Madre Planning Commission Meetings are viewable live on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm.

Viewers can also click on "TV CHANNELS & SCHEDULES" located on the header of the screen on http://sierramadre.kgem.tv for detailed program schedules. Click on "Sierra Madre, CA" and it will take you directly to the Sierra Madre programming guides. Viewers have the option to click on "Today's TV Schedule" or "Weekly TV Schedule"

Residents who subscribe to Time Warner Cable now have access to watch public domain TV shows from the 50s, 60s and beyond on the City’s government-education channel 98. Shows like Andy Griffith, Captain America, Mr. Wizard, Robin Hood, Beverly Hillbillies, Hancock, and many, many more. Public domain movies include A Star is Born, My Man Godfrey, The Last Time I Saw Paris, Meet John Doe, The Royal Wedding, Father’s Little Dividend, the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Shirley Temple, and all the Charlie Chaplin movies! City Hall Art Exhibits

Call for Artists for Art Shows

In an effort to promote the professional development of local artists and their work, the Community Services Commission and Arts Advisory Committee features a rotation calendar of visual art shows at City Hall.  Local artists are invited to submit samples of work for review and possible inclusion for future exhibits.  Shows run for 6 to 8 weeks with a special reception.  The exhibits may be viewed during business hours at Sierra Madre City Hall, 232 W. Sierra Madre Blvd.  If you are interested in submitting your work for an art show, please submit samples (copies, not originals) of your work to: Community Services Department, c/o Community Services Commission, Art Advisory Committee, 611 E.
