Oktoberfest Golf and Tennis Tournament Winners 2012

On Saturday, October 20, 2012 the City of Sierra Madre hosted the Oktoberfest Golf and Tennis Tournament which benefited Sierra Madre Community Service programs. Although the wet weather made playing conditions less than ideal for tennis and golf players, everyone still had a fun time!

The winning golf tournament team scored an 8 under par through nine holes at the Eaton Canyon Golf Course.

Our additional golf contest winners were:
  • Putting Contest – Marc Van Cleave
  • Closest to the Pin – Patrick Simcock
  • Longest Drive – Tully Rankin

The tennis tournament had 15 participants and was held at the Orange Grove Tennis Courts and featured a mixed-doubles, round robin format.
